Joe’s Favorite Cajun Wings
These are excellent for a large group appetizer! This is a real crowd pleaser!
Ingredients:
1 package chicken wings (12-15 pieces)
6 ounce bottle of Chrystal’s Hot Sauce
2 Sticks butter
6 12 oz. Beers of your choice
Directions:
- Light charcoal grill and allow coals to ash over
- Drink a Beer
- Add Mesquite wood chunks
- Drink a Beer
- Season chicken wings with Joe’s Fajita Seasoning in a pan
- Drink a Beer
- Melt butter and Chrystal’s hot sauce together
- Drink a Beer
- Grill wings over direct coals and baste with butter/hot sauce mixture during cooking process
- Drink a Beer
- Cook 30-45 minutes reaching an internal meat temperature of 185 degrees
- Let cool and serve with a Beer
